Key Achievements

20,650 people have improved access to infrastructure & services (Target: 230,000).

Major urban drainage and mobility works underway to reduce flooding and improve connectivity.

Tourism-related businesses supported, targeting 2,000 beneficiaries.

100% of project activities include stakeholder engagement, prioritizing women & vulnerable groups.
